These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by GoodGTM LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Services include go-to-market consulting, outbound infrastructure, TAM enrichment, and signal monitoring. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. All intellectual property created during an engagement is transferred to the client upon full payment. GoodGTM LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Effective March 1, 2026.
GoodGTM LLC respects your privacy. We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, phone number) through our contact form. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We may use cookies for analytics purposes. You may contact us at nate@goodgtm.com to request deletion of your data. Effective March 1, 2026.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued. If you have a concern about services rendered, please contact us at nate@goodgtm.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing at least seven (7) days prior written notice. In the event of cancellation after work has begun, GoodGTM is entitled to payment for all work completed up to the effective date of termination. Any prepaid amounts for undelivered work are non-refundable.
